Whether you are just starting your biz or have been in your biz for years, reliable systems and tools are a must in order to keep your business running.

There are so many tools out there to choose from to use in your business. However, just because you can use them all, doesn’t mean you should. Using too many tools in your business makes it difficult to stay productive!

We’re sharing our favorite tools and platforms with you so you can focus on managing and scaling your biz.

1. ClickUp

It’s no secret that we are big fans of ClickUp on Team EE!

ClickUp is a do-it-all project management tool. It is where Team EE houses all tasks that need to be completed . It is so much more than a basic to-do list — beyond project management, it allows us to create docs, tables, forms, dashboards, and more!

You can create a central platform for communication, tasks, and project management with ClickUp. It has so many capabilities, customizations, and automations so you can make it fit your needs. This one tool alone eliminates the need to use countless tools in your biz. Whether you are a solopreneur or managing a team, ClickUp helps you streamline your biz and keeps everything running smoothly.

2. Slack

Slack is our communication tool on Team EE. It offers a simple, organized solution to messy inboxes and email threads. Emails can so easily get lost, deleted, and cluttered, but with Slack, everything is easily organized in one place.

You can create multiple channels that serve the many different functions of your business. You also have the ability to invite certain team members to channels and keep specific channels private.

Slack also integrates with other tools like G Suite, ClickUp, and Canva!

3. Zapier

Zapier is an automation tool that will integrate platforms for you that don’t already “speak” to each other. We use Zapier on Team EE to help us connect tools like Honeybook to ClickUp, ThriveCart to Slack, and more!

Setting up automations in your business helps you take back so much time in your day and keeps things moving for you. Zapier has the ability to connect thousands of apps and allows you to prioritize your time on scaling your biz.

4. Loom

When you need to share a message with your team or freelance workers but don’t have time to synchronize everyone’s schedule and plan a meeting, Loom is the answer. This free screencasting software can be used as a desktop app or via Chrome extension.

Loom allows Team EE to keep communication flowing easily and quickly. Record your computer screen and audio to demonstrate a ‘how-to’ lesson, review a document with clients, or walk through your edits with a team member. You can then download your video, embed it on your website, or share it via a URL.

Business systems can make nearly every aspect of your company run more smoothly. From internal communication to a project review with a client, these systems will help you build a more efficient way to handle your recurring tasks.
